Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, if however, you are not entirely satisfied, we will offer you a refund if the goods are unused and returned to us in unopened packaging with the original till receipt within 14 days.  Please email in advance to inform us that you will be returning the goods.

The buyer is responsible for all of the postage costs on all returns unless the item is faulty, in which case proof of postage cost will need to be provided.

If returning a damaged/faulty or incorrect item, please email us before posting it back to us. Please note: on no account dispose of any damaged items before contacting us as we will not be able to refund unless you follow our instructions of return.

We may refuse to provide a refund where products are not in their original condition.  Any items that have been used, washed, stained or marked will not be refunded or exchanged.  In the interests of hygiene, we do not offer refunds on pierced jewellery, swimwear or cosmetics, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.  Your statutory rights are not affected.

If the product was purchased in a promotion, such as a buy one get one free, all items must be returned or no refund will be given.

As soon as your return has been received by us we will email you to let you know that we have received it. All goods will be inspected upon return. We will issue a refund as soon as we are confident that the goods are in their original and unused condition. The refund will be made using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction (debit card, credit card, etc). You will not incur any fees as a result of the refund.

Any returns found to be in an unsuitable condition will be sent back to you and no refund will be given.

Products returned by you because of a fault will be examined and if found to be defective will be refunded in full, including a refund of the postage cost.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage or a signature on returned goods. We cannot be responsible for parcels that fail to reach us, so retain your proof of postage until our email confirming your refund has been processed.

In the unlikely event that you do not receive an email within 10 days of returning your items, contact us by email making sure you let us know your original order number, which items you have returned with any delivery reference numbers.

If you return an item outside of the specified date for UK or International customers, we cannot refund you for the returned item. We are also not able to send it back to you. It is therefore essential that you check the delivery date of your item before returning it. 

  1. How to return an item
    If you wish to return a product, please email to inform us and follow the steps set out below depending on whether you are a UK or International Customer.
    UK Customer Returns
    1.1 You can return an item(s) for a refund within 14 days of the delivery date.
    • Fill out your reason(s) for return on your delivery note and enclose your delivery note with the item and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible. Goods returned without this information may not be processed.
    • Make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning and obtain proof of posting. Keep your proof of postage safe until the return has been processed.
    •As soon as your return has been received it will be inspected by our team and we will email you to confirm receipt.
    • Returned Items that comply with our returns criteria will be refunded within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.
    1.2 International Customers Returns
    • You can return an item(s) for a refund, within 28 days of the delivery date.
    • Fill out your reason(s) for return on your delivery note and enclose your delivery note with the item and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible. Goods returned without this information may not be processed.
    • It can take up to 28 days for us to receive your return. As soon as your return has been received it will be inspected by our team and we will email you to confirm receipt.
    • Returned Items that comply with our returns criteria will be credited/refunded within 14 working days of receiving the returned items.

Used/Vintage Goods Policy

 We aim to describe and show all items as accurately as possible and will point out any notable marks.  The items are vintage and preowned and therefore we do not accept returns on these items.  If you have any specific questions about an item, please contact us before purchasing and we will be happy to help.
